Staff was kind and attentive.
I was really disappointed with my stay. The sliding doors in our room were rusted and hard to operate. There was no one available to assist with our luggage during check-out, frustrating. Breakfast portions were small. I expected more for the price we paid.

Gorgeous hotel in an amazing position close to the tourist "attractions. Location just off an amazing restaurant, and many cafes. Fab food in the gourmet restaurant in the vicinity.
Not experienced staff!

The staff were really good too,, providing key local info that really helped a newbie like me.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly,, the experience made it worth every penny.

Breakfast - service by waiter Bernabe and food were wonderful. It could only add a few options so we do not have to eat exactly the same everyday. But it was great anyway. The hotel staff is well trained and made all efforts to please us. I really recommend it.
We had to cross the railway everytime we wanted to go anywhere out of Palermo Hollywood. We ended up using taxis everytime to avoid a long walk with not much to see/do.

The hotel was fairly clean and had extremely friendly and really friendly staff who provide great customer service. Suite with a jacuzzi, had essentials required. The location was marvellous, walking distance from Uptown.

The pool hardly qualifies as a refreshing oasis. It reminded me of a glorified hot tub!!! The outdated furniture in the room could use a facelift and some serious upkeep, especially the shower that refused to drain properly.

Staff is great breakfast is great and location is great. I felt at an apartment and just in another hotel. Internet is very fast. Loved the discrete facade of the hotel. Kitchen is awasome.

No bells, no whistles, just facts
Perfect service greeted me upon arrival. The room was spacious and immaculate, complete with complimentary Nespresso coffee. Breakfast offered fresh, made-to-order meals, a rarity in many hotels. Staff facilitated everything from transfers to local recommendations. An excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable getaway.

I like the excellent quality of service, consistently demonstrated by the actions and behaviors of the staff aiming to make every host feel welcomed and strving to accomodate requests so that the stay becomes a remarkable experience. The room layout is practical with reliable and free internet access and the beds are great. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the Hotel and especially our room and the exceptional quality of the hotel restaurant.
No significant complaints. It would be great to have a better quality Gym (than the once currently offerred) as part of the package as this would beperceived as an extension of the experience. Ocassionally the noises coming from the street and from adjacent rooms could be distracting.

Great pool, nice outside area. Beautiful, large room. Nice smelling products!
All was great, really. Staff could have been a bit more helpful, but the hotel was also very busy when we were there.

I enjoyed the spacious, modern rooms, well-equipped and offered a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor seating in the garden was good, ideal for relaxing.
Better soundproofing for a quieter stay would help.

The staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful. They really made sure that you got to the places you wanted to!
I just found it a little off centre - if I was there for a couple of days I think it is a little far out. As I was there for 5 days I had time to walk around and quite enjoyed that it allowed me the space to explore the city more than I probably would have - was forced to walk a lot!

The staff was amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their suggestions for things to do and places to eat - were always spot on! The rooms were beautifully appointed, incredibly clean and well maintained by the house keeping staff. The location was perfect, as it wasn't overly touristy. It is in Palermo, which is a chic neighborhood filled with new fantastic restaurants and shops, but centrally located that we were close enough to everything that there is to do and see in the city.
